Steve Chader has been a leader in the Arizona real estate industry since 1977. Founder of Keller Williams Integrity First Realty, one of REAL Trends top 350 real estate companies in the U.S. He is also general partner of TCT Property Management Services, managing over 500 single-family homes and more than 60 commercial properties. 

Steve is co-author of the national bestselling book HOLD How to Find, Buy and Rent Houses for Wealth. Recognized as a “Top 1% Realtor®” in the United States, Steve was honored with the Residential Real Estate Lifetime Achievement Award by the Phoenix Business Journal. He was also selected as “Realtor of the Year” from his 11,000 member realtor association.

Steve served his community in various capacities including as Town Council member for Gilbert, AZ., Master faculty member at Keller Williams University. Ordained as an elder in the Presbyterian Church of America. A father of two, and grandfather of three boys. Steve also enjoys playing the bass guitar with his classic rock band, Group Therapy, “having fun playing music for people having fun”.
